I asked in the store if they were hiring. I applied online as they suggested. I was called a few days later for an interview. The interview consisted of picking an outfit and explaining why, bringing something I’m passionate about and talking about it, and the basic information sharing. I was called back in for a second interview and met the GM. Then they said they would call me. They called me 2 days later and told me when orientation was. Very easy process.
