I applied thorough indeed. After few days later, The manager send me a email for group interview. Then I get call back for my second interview. The second interview was also a group interview.

easy and straightforward , individual interview, background information and why I am the best fit, previous work experience, random situation and how would I deal with it. Process took less than 20 minutes, got the job immediately
I tried applying through their website, but it was of no use. U need to go directly to the store they are hiring for with your resume.
They just check your confidence and select you.
