I applied through Glassdoor. After a while I had an initial phone interview, Then 3 hours of doing an assignment, visiting them in person and after 2 weeks, they made an interesting offer.
Preferring not to get into the details, Olindata made it sound like I would be offered a certain salary level and working conditions that were then changed when it was time to complete the hiring process. It was very disappointing and a waste of time. Basically it was unpleasant and I would recommend finding another company to work for.

Tell me about yourself. How did you find out about the company?
Walter Heck here, CTO and Founder of OlinData. I am sorry if the experience you had was frustrating. We are a small company with 1 parttime person handling most of our recruiting. Salary discussions are normally at the end of our hiring process and clearly we should have mentioned a range earlier in the process. I'll make sure we do that moving forward, even though that wouldn't matter for you anymore.
