I went in early, I was greeted by the host and was asked to it in the dining room. I was asked if I was thirsty to let anyone know. It was me and another woman applying for the postion, and the general manager sat us down and talked to us for a few mintutes about what is expected. She was very nice, funny, but straight forward. Then I sat and waited for a minute, and talked to another server, then I was interviewed by the service manager, they both asked me typical interview questions. I think I did so well that they then I was asked to come back for a 3rd interiew!

I waited in the lobby and was called back by a manager to a booth located in the back of the restaurant. The interviewer was very friendly and the questioning went well. The environment was quite busy, but the interview was still comfortable.
