The interview was pretty straight forward---a typical interview. One round with nurse manager and charge nurse present. Clinical background and situational questions discussed. Interview lasted only about twenty mins. That's all.

I had a positive experience interviewing for RN position at ED in Olive View Medical Center. The interviewer was friendly and professional. The questions focused on my work history, why I wanted to work at the medical center, my career goals, and my availability for night shifts. It felt like they just wanted to get to know me. They emphasized that hard work and a willingness to learn are key to success in the role, which was encouraging. Overall, the process was straightforward. I was left with a great impression of the team.
