An external requirement agency I've worked with for slightly over a decade, presented a Senior Digital Designer role at Olivela. I submitted my resume through the recruiter. Within a week, I had an interview with the Art Director. The Art Director provided details of the enterprise's infrastructure, role expectations among the U.K. and NYC teams. The interview was pretty easygoing; however, I was told I did not receive the position because I was too senior for the role.
