You initially get asked to complete an online numeracy and verbal reasoning test, following the submission of your CV. In addition, you will be asked to complete an online personality test. Following the successful round of tests, you get asked to come through for two half-hour one-on-one interviews covering your CV and focusing on interview case studies. If you are successful, they will invite you to a dinner with other successful candidates and some OW employees to get to know them a bit better. Final step is a half-day assessment day in London, with 4 interviews (one of them CV / personality based, the others being case studies) and a group exercise, as well as lunch with some other candidates and OW folk. They usually try and let you know the same day as to whether you got an offer.
