I applied through campus and get a phone interview request about two weeks later. For the phone interview, I spoke with a FSA / MD for about 30 minutes. There were some technology issues at our first arranged time, but we were able to resolve it for the second time. Guess he was a little bit impatient or unhappy, thus I did not get into the second round.
First round consists of 2 parts, 1st part involves an excel test, 2nd part is a f2f interview with managers, questions mostly about past working experiences, some behavioural questions also being asked
Very basic interview. Interviewed with an actuary from company. He wanted to gage whether you would be a good fit for company and if you have a general understanding of actuarial field.
