It took place in a small room in the Career Center of the university. Two nice recruiters, one taking the lead. They were very nice, asking questions friendly. First they introduced what the position does and what they are looking for. Then, they ask about excel, word, access levels. How did I prepare for the exams.

Four interviews with, in order: a manager, a principal, a partner and then head partner. All interviews were motivation/industry understanding/walk me through your CV. They were curious about my coding skills and I got asked multiple times how my coding skills would suit this job,

Entrevista
The overal experience was pretty good. However be prepared to answer questions on european regulatory stuff like Solvency II. Besides get a little prepared for random probability questions. If you do that you should be fine.
I was asked to join a couple interviews, one with the manager and one with each member of the team. Everyone was very personable and the interview process was reasonably difficult. They asked me questions about how I approach different actuarial lines and methods.
