Like everyone says, there is a skills test, 2 phone interviews and then an in-office interview. Helpful feedback is quickly provided by the interviewers. Very organized and pleasant process to go through compared to other firms. OW has a slightly different approach to case interviews than other firms, very focused on candidates ability to structure problem, not as concerned with the answer. Best for candidate to be very deliberate in framing answer, and not make too many assumptions without clarifying that you are making them first with interviewer. All in all a pleasant experience with a talented group of people.

it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?

Vorstellungstag im Zürich Office mit 5 Interviews. Morgens 3 Interviews (2 Cases + 1 HR Interview). Danach geht es zum Mittagessen, woraufhin man bei der Rückrunde erfährt ob man in die zweite Runde am Nachmittag kommt. In der zweiten Runde gib es dann wieder 2 Case Studies.
