I recently interviewed for a Web Developer role here. The process was structured and thorough, consisting of three main stages: an initial HR screening, a technical assessment, and a final discussion with senior developers.
The technical assessment included coding challenges focused on JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress, along with a take-home project to develop a small web component. The final interview involved discussions on problem-solving, performance optimization, and best practices in web development.
The interviewers were professional and knowledgeable, emphasizing clean code, scalability, and teamwork. The process was rigorous but insightful, providing a great opportunity to demonstrate skills and gain valuable insights from industry experts.

There are mainly 3 steps. While applying with your resume you have to face a screening test like MCQ type questions. If you pass the exam your resume will be submitted for reviewing. Then after 2-3 weeks if your resume seems interesting then you have to face a technical test, its basically a project based. If you can pass that then you will have to face final round which is on-site interview which generally takes 30-50 minutes.
