Very straight forward. It was just an interview screen for me. Where they asked normal questions about what I was looking for in the role, what exactly I liked about the company, and other similar questions. At the end you get the chance to ask one question.

Have to jump through a lot of hoops (7-8) stages. Arduous process, but it is necessary to control the quality of candidates. Some of the questions they asked seemed unrelated, but nothing super unusual
