      Entrevista

      Spoke with a recruiter over the phone, then moved forward to the hiring manager which was also a phone conversation. When I asked questions he couldn't answer like the average ARR of the accounts I'd be working with, he didn't know and said it's a question he already inquired about. Weird because the recruiter had no idea either and told me to ask him. After that interview, I was given a stock rejection response (lol)

      Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Omada Health.

      Very Lengthy Interview process. 1. Recruiter 30min 2. Hiring Manager 30min 3. Peer Interview 30min + Head of CS 30min 4. Case Study Presentation/Panel Interview with 5 diff people First 3 interviews were standard “tell me about a time” scenarios. Everything seemed to be going well until the final interview. You’re doing a presentation on a case study that they give hardly any clarity on what exactly they’re looking for. They were not clear on the format either. They give you a ton of info/data about Omada and the “client” and expect you to figure out how to go about the presentation. They want you to make alot of assumptions about the company and the “client” in the case study. Just alot of hoops to go thru for this type of position. Received pretty good feedback outside of them wanting my presentation to be formatted differently only to not receive an offer. Seems like they don’t mind wasting applicants time and want you to jump thru alot of hoops.

      Entrevista

      Call with recruiter, followed by a call with the hiring manager, then three zoom calls with members of the team or leadership, and finally a panel interview/ presentation. This final stage was where things didn’t go as well. They provided a scenario and the goal was to demonstrate to the client the pilot program worked and then set up the next implementation stage to expand the program. There were only 45 minutes to present and 15 minutes for Q&A. From a client management perspective in the real world I would take at least an hour and a half to do something similar. To me this step was set up for the applicant to fail with very little instructions of what they wanted to see. There was radio silence for a while and then received a pretty generic email telling me they had moved on to other applicants. The entire process took over two months and now the job is posted again. You cant expect perfection.
