Applied online and in less than one week we scheduled a phone call. First lack of professionalism was when I've realized that there is no signature in the mail or description who will be my interviewer, I looked for the interviewer at the internet in order to understand if will be an HR interview, a technical interview.... During the call, the hiring manager was very rude with comments as "In a non-offensively way, but...blah blah blah", very offensive and rude commentaries that don't follow the EEOC. I didn't receive an offer, but sincerely with only the screen call I was aware of the toxic environment. Be careful if you apply and prepare some questions to the hiring manager to analyze if you really want work in this kind of environment!
