I applied a few weeks before getting contacted by the recruiter. It was a very interesting conversation, I felt it was more like a negotiation on how could we move to the next stage. The recruiter challenged my fit for the position and, as we clarify the points, I was moved to the next stage. The recruiter was super clear and straightforward, which I liked and appreciated. Then I was scheduled to talk with the hiring manager. We had a great conversation and talked a lot about gaming and growth strategies. We had to speed up the process since one of the managers would travel soon, which was not a problem for me. Few days later I was at the office for onsite interview. All interviews were much more like a conversation to see the fit and understand how my past experiences and skills would apply for the new position. Super fast process.

Chantal contacted me via LinkedIn, in order to advise me of a position available at Omlet. No time was wasted before she schedule a phone interview and graciously explained what the position was all about, she also walked me step by step on what the process would be moving forward. Having been contacted by many recruiters in my professional career, I was extremely impressed by Chantal's amazing interpersonal skills and tactfulness. During our phone screening, Chantal kept me fully engaged not only on the position but the process I would have to undergo. I had the opportunities to speak to Hiring Manager and his other team members, they all very educated people and very passionate in what they are doing at Omlet Inc. Although I was not hired for the position, I still appreciate all the time and effort the Omlet team has invested in me.
