Application process requires an PI evaluation to determine key characteristics. Initial interviews are conducted on the telephone for screening, in person interviews are conducted with the property GM, Panel Interview or one-on-one with Exec. Committee. Senior level interviews are conducted with Area or Regional Directors.

It was easy and convenient. They were accommodating on scheduling time. Response time after meetings very quick compared to other companies. Talked about structure and fit. Nice group of people to talk with.

It was an opportunity to discuss my success, but most importantly, it was a chance to see if myself and Omni would be a good fit together. I had the skills to do the job successfully, but do we have similar values.
