I sat down with the HR Director, Director of Sales & Marketing, General Manager on my 1st initial interview. I had a follow up phone interview with the Director of Sales. Omni does have a bit of a lengthily interview process.

They Asked question based on passed sales performance, what attracted me to Omni, outside the box questions for different sales scenarios
great communication from the begining. Everybody was on the same page from the Admin to HR Dir and DOSM. Knowing that I travelled to the interview everybody met with me in one day and show me the hotel.
