I had to interview with 2 people and I had complete a background check. Omni will also check references, they will ask for 2 references that are managers. They have to be able to get in contact with them.
Sit at a table with the manager and go over general serving questions. Talked about experience and what to expect. We also discussed scheduling ie lunch and dinner. It was average.

I had to apply online. The process was long and annoying but isn't it always? Called for interview. we interviewed in person but I don't know how they do it now that COVID is around.
