Three rounds of interviews. First call was very brief, just a quick phone call. The second was a video interview, with two employees. Very natural conversational flow. Reviewing your resume and getting into depth of job duties.

There was a preliminary interview that mostly just touched base and thinned the field. The following interview was the "real" one that went over pretty typical interview stuff. The final interview was by phone and mostly just covered the information in the second interview.
