In person interview with 4 sessions. Each session had at least 2 interviewers that were tasked with finding out certain information about me. Each session lasted about an hour long. The final session was a one-on-one session with the person I would report to.

Long interview process. Several rounds of panel interviews, a lot of time from start of interview process to actual offer, then background checks and 8 panel drug screen. The entire process was over two month.
