Short virtual interviews, that seem like a list of pre-set questions they have to get through from their side about your Resume, experiences, or general capabilities. No real discussion of the role or company, and no opportunity for questions. The interviewers are very cold, so maybe just not good at interactions - but it feels more like they want to make clear that they are inviting you and you'd be lucky to work there.
