Was invited in for an interview with a manager, filed official application in person after being asked a few questions about myself. Heard back about two weeks later, did not receive.

The interview was fairly relaxed and conversational. They asked standard questions about my background, experience, and interest in the role — nothing overly technical or unexpected. Overall, it felt like a genuine discussion to get to know me and see if I’d be a good fit for the team.

Standard zoom interview, turned into a chat more than anything. Interviewer was nice and definitely made me a lot calmer. I was interviewed by the manager of the location I was applying for.
