This review will say a lot about the values and integrity of this company. In essence, they have applicants do free labor for them: As part of the interview process, this company has applicants complete an exercise, in which they ask you to complete a sourcing search for one of their open reqs, along with putting together a strategic plan for sourcing. I received great feedback, was asked for references, and was also given an onboarding schedule which I agreed to. Out of nowhere, I receive an email letting me know that I did not land the role. One of my references followed up with me letting me know that they never spoke with the hiring manager, and the hiring manager lied and let them know that had spoken to everyone already. This was a lie, given the fact that they only asked for 2 references (the person that followed up with me being one of them).
