I applied through online. They I got a link to solve a task from home (Kind of queueing algo). After successful review, they conduct a face to face interview (in my case it was through web conferencing). Then there will be Pair programming. I cleared all the rounds and selected for Mid level Ruby Developer. Then they started the visa sponsorship process with a very long duration of around 3 months. There was no updates in time. Had to follow up multiple times to get any status update. On one fine day, got the reply sponsorship is failed for below senior positions. But there is a continuous requirements for these positions (Visa Sponsored) in online platforms. It is really disheartening to learn it at the end, if they are not interested to hire visa sponsored candidates.
