I received an email for a phone interview, requesting me to be available same-day. I promptly returned the email within the hour and received a response...6 days later...to set up a time to speak. The interview was set up for the next day and the recruiter called 15 minutes late, of which he did apologize. I'm assuming due to the CEO stepping down, all hiring was put on hold, and explains the almost week delay in setting up a recruiter screening. The recruiter call told me absolutely nothing about the position, as it appeared it was a culture fit only to see if you were human. If the hiring process was this unorganized, I can only imagine how unorganized working there would be.
