I applied on Craigslist and then was emailed a response for a phone interview. After the phone interview an in-person interview was scheduled over email. At the in-person interview, I had a one-to-one interview followed by some code questions which I wrote the answers to on a blank sheet of paper. Code challenges took about 45 minutes and included JavaScript, SQL, HTML and CSS. After the code challenges I was introduced to the team prior to being dismissed.
