Had 3 rounds in total, 1 with HR + senior dev, was a casual session talking about past experience and some frontend qns (as I was more front-end). 2nd round was with the CTO where he went further into the past experience and more higher level qns. 3rd round was a take-home coding trial which would be given in the morning and be completed by the end of the day (6pm). Will go through task with the team, explaining about thought processes etc. Last round would be with CEO, more of a casual session to find out more about the company's direction and goals. Offer letter was given , but decided to spend 1 full day virtually with the wider team to understand if it would be a good culture fit. Was really helpful as managed to have 1:1 with the other colleagues to understand the entire startup culture and environment. Overall a good experience!
