2 calls one with group leader and the other with department leader. They both lasted about 30 mins each and mostly consisted of scientific questions and they gave an outline of their lab processes

Entrevista
I sent my CV and cover letter , then they invited me for a F2F interview. The interview has been a standard panel interview. It lasted just 10 minutes, they seemed distracts and they were absolutely disinterested in making questions, that's why I am pretty sure that, at the time I did the interview, they had already found their candidate , and what I did has been what I call " fake interview"
But what really annoy me it's the fact that I have asked for a real feedback , but they never got back to me. Very unprofessional.
