Hiring process is a simple typing skills test, plus some sample calls then the hiring manager will ask you about 15 simple questions. They expect you to type atleast a min of 30 words per minute and they expect you to be clear and concise on the phone..just follow basic directions

there is a phone interview then you go in person. very quick and easy. you have to do a typing test. I was hired on the spot and I started in a week.
