After sending in a resume and cover letter, I was asked to complete a writing prompt related to duties of the job (6-10 pages) within three days. After the due date of the writing prompt I moved on to the next stage which was an in-person interview with 5 people simultaneously, almost the entire One Colorado staff, someone was even skyped in. After the in-person interview I moved onto the next phase which was to complete another writing prompt with a due date of one week. This writing prompt did not have a designated length but I wrote about 10 pages (single spaced)of material. The day this due date passed, I was asked to provide three professional references. The next day, I was told that they had chosen another applicant.
