I had 3 rounds of interviews with them in 2022. They had good questions and did a great job of describing the job duties. There was no case study or assignment or anything. Really nice people though. I received an offer but I did not decide to accept it.

One Firefly not only wasted my time, but they elongated the process. TO ALL HIRING MANAGERS, please do not ask a candidate to jump through hoops for your company if you think they lack experience. Severe the ties early on, candidates dedicate days to preparing for interviews. Please respect their time and be courteous. You know when someone is the right fit. Additionally, please provide feedback for entry-level candidates. If we can set aside several hours for your company, can you not set aside five minutes of your time?
