The interview process is very long and drawn out. I applied months ago for a position working in editorial for recipes and was called in to interview only to not hear anything back for weeks and then I came in to do a "test day" where I was in the office for 6+ hours, unpaid. While the three employees there were nice but the vibe I got from the overall environment wasn't great. I was expecting super passionate advocates but it was very transactional and cold. Part of my assignment for the day was leaving a review on the Food Monster app, which I was a little uncomfortable with. Honestly, that's what prompted me to even leave this review on Glassdoor. It doesn't seem right to have that as part of the interview process as it would obviously encourage people eager to get a job to leave a favorable review. I decided to remove myself from the process because for a "hardworking" and "fast-paced" start-up I got a lot of red flags that they don't actually thoughtfully consider candidates or really respect their time.

The interview process is very personal, they really try to get to know you as an individual, your history, your likes, and your own ideas. My first interview was a little over an hour long, but in that time I was able to learn more about the position I was going for, and OGP as a whole. You also have a test day if everything proceeds, and you get a set of assignments to do within a time frame to see how you do. It's a good way to see if this is really a job that you want, and if you can picture yourself working there for a while. I appreciated that. It's definitely a lengthy interview process but it's worth it!

Interview went fine, but it took forever for them to get back to me to say no. I thought it was odd that they seemed interested at first, and I had to follow up twice to get a response. Not professional.

They wanted to know how much of a time commitment I'd be willing to make because they are a startup and require a lot of hours.
