Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, panel interview with team, and finally interview with VP. Long process and time consuming. VP was new and only 2 weeks in so the interview was useless. It took the company 3 weeks to get an answer back. Don’t waste people’s time if you know you are going with someone else.
