I had a phone screening that went well - the screener was very impressed. Regardless, was ghosted shortly after and haven't heard back even with multiple follow ups. Seems like a disorganized non profit.

Phone Screening first and offered the first interview. There is 3 interviews after the initial phone screening. During the phone screen they go over interview process. It was informative and quick !
