Long drawn out process. Been shortlisted for interview was an easy process. For a company that supposedly champions equality and diversity, the format of the interview itself was not very accessible at all.
Interview was long. It had some really incredibly confusing questions and felt like the most intense grilling ever with a panel of three who seemed really unengaged, especially when speaking about diversity. I got the sense that they didn’t understand what diversity means in the interview.
Also, advertised as social media but it was really customer service based which was not entirely clear.
Interview was followed by a task that wasn’t at all enough time - to write a full press release and social media posts in 45 minutes - who expects all this one sitting.
