This delay caused considerable uncertainty and anxiety, especially as I had already completed my notice period with my current employer. 2. Change in Agreed Package: After extensive discussions during the HR round, there was an agreement on the compensation package that matched OneNetwork's budget. However, I was later informed that the company could not provide the discussed package. Despite my willingness to accept a lower package due to the lack of better offers at that time, the situation was handled poorly. 3. Withdrawal of Offer: Two days after agreeing to a revised package, I was notified that my expectations were deemed too high, and the offer was withdrawn. This abrupt decision left me in a difficult position, having already resigned from my previous job based on our initial agreement. Impact: This experience has not only caused me professional inconvenience but has also impacted my perception of OneNetwork as a reliable employer. Clear and timely communication is crucial in maintaining a professional relationship, and I believe the process could have been handled with greater transparency and respect for the candidate's circumstances. Please think 2-3 times before considering this company's offer.

3 rounds of interview. 1st round was technical, 2nd round was with higher management and 3rd round of interview was with global HR. Smooth and fastest interview process I have ever experienced personally.
