I had two interviews with one tree at two different locations. They both had the same questions. The first one I got an email saying they had tried to contact me (no missed calls) and it said they were impressed by me and wanted to keep my resume on file which was fine. The second time was at the service and not online. I was sent documents including a diploma job description. They showed me around the service afterwards and I was told the staff weren’t interested in improvement there and they had all been there a long time. I was asked to give permission for referee checks. They also told me the position was actually a certain three position. Instead of offering me the position they said they had gone for someone internal and it was a hard choice but offered me two unsuitable positions in other locations which I turned down. They said I had really impressed them. They then told me about another service which I considered, but it was again not what I had applied for.
