Zoom based interview with One Voice founder and hiring coordinator. They went over personal interest in why their company and the particular charity International Rescue Committee is meaningful to me.

Entrevista
Stars with a group screening on Zoom with the head guy where he gives you the spiel on how the company, job, and bonus systems work. Then you schedule a one-on-one interview with a contracted interviewer from another charity network. Incredibly easy, whole process was less than a week depending on when you scheduled your one-on-one.

Given the nature of the job, they ask you how you'll deal with the natural stress and/or frustration of being ignored or even berated by strangers. Fair question for such a position.
