The interview process was very conversational. I first had a phone interview with the recruiter. Once the recruiter was satisfied, I proceeded to an in person interview at the main office.

Received an email request to schedule an initial phone interview. The interview was then confirmed via email reply by the interviewer. She called me right on time. We discussed my work experience, and she provided more details about the role and answered all of my questions. The position was actually further than I originally expected, and the commute would have been too far for me to consider.
