The interview process was straightforward and well-structured. It was an automated/recorded interview consisting of 13 questions. The evaluation focused on English proficiency and interpretation skills between English and Hebrew. It included a mix of behavioral questions and real-time translation tasks to test fluency and accuracy. Since the questions were clear and the system was user-friendly, the overall experience felt smooth and accessible for anyone with a strong linguistic background."

It is not necessary for me to reveal my face when the interview is conducted online. Only ten minutes were required of me. HR staff is really polite, and interaction is simple. It was them who initiated the process.
