The application form on their careers website was quick and easy to complete. After a week I received a request to complete a cognitive aptitude test and personality questionnaire, which took around 30 minutes to complete. The following week, I had a screening call with their talent team and was asked to retake the cognitive aptitude test. Two weeks later I received an automated email informing me that application was unsuccessful. No test results were shared, or explanation given. A bit of a convoluted process. Salary for the role was below average.

Interview process was fine overall, aptitude test was long and unnecessary for my role and hiring manager / HR didn’t even let me know I was unsuccessful which I thought was rude
