As with most big corporations, your initial screening is done by phone with HR people. It took 2 different people to screen me and schedule my in person interview. That seemed inefficient. If you pass muster, then you are scheduled for in person interview on site. I was scheduled to meet with 4 people, but only met with 2. The interview was brief and boiler plate.

Applied online. Received a call from HR regarding a phone interview. Phone interview was about 20 mins long and straight to the point. We went over my resume and experience. Set up for an in person interview a few days later. Interviewed with the managers and met the director who all were very professional and friendly. They went over in detail the specifics of the role.
