It was just a phone call with a recruiter followed by an in-person interview. The in person interview was just a meeting with the hiring manager. He asks you questions to see if you are a fit to a cold calling position.

Process is long and thorough which if good to fully understand if you want to join the company. Leadership is nice and seems to have good processes in place. I did about 6 interviews total before getting an offer.
