I had a prescreen phone call followed by an extremely lengthy “name a time when” 1st interview being asked about 20-25 “name a time when” questions. I didn’t mind it at all and found the person I was interviewing with to be great. The 2nd interview was with the hiring manager and the conversation went well. She made it sound as though making it to her meant your chances of getting the job were very high and everyone liked you. The final step in the process is a canva exercise showcasing your canva skills in 45 minutes or less where they get to see exactly how you design a flyer (which my opinion now is that they take the work you present for themselves and copy it so that they can do less work) … I’ve been doing benefit communication for 5+ years so of course I had a stellar flyer that I presented.. 2 days later I get an automatic rejection email saying someone better fit what they were looking for… I found it to be incredibly rude that I made it to the last round in the very strenuous process, submitted a step by step tutorial of my art that they requested, and got nothing more than a “sorry someone is better than you” email. Not to mention the email was an automatic email that they send out after the PRESCREEN phone call even though I made it to the final step. They didn’t even care enough to create a new email template for those who reached the final interview. I responded to the recruiter asking for feedback so that I can better my interview skills and she did not respond. This seems as though the company doesn’t care at all about their candidates unless they are the one being hired for the position.

Entrevista
I had a very thorough interview process which included: a phone interview, video/zoom interview, in person on-site interview, as well as an assignment which provided an idea of what I can look forward to within role. I had a very pleasant experience. The communication was precise every step of the way. The video interview consisted of learning about the role and the company. The in person interview consisted of reviewing my resume and discussing my qualifications. It truly felt as if this company is a family.
