The initial interview was a telephone interview with questions about your professional background and 1-2 behavioral questions. The second interview is on teams with 3 supervisors/leads. They tell you about what to expect in the role and ask behavioral questions to assess how you would fit in the role. Everybody has very welcoming and friendly energy so the interviews don’t feel stressful.
