Initial call with HR and then was called for F3F interview. This was my first interview and wasn't prepared well. First round was with a Senior developer who was hardly 1-2 years more experienced than me. He asked me some basic questions which I answered less than half and was pretty sure I was going to get rejected but was surprised when they proceeded with CTO interview. He asked me some general questions about how will I handle different situations and all and then the HR came and said I was selected. I guess they badly wanted someone to join :D I was happy. But then after some days they called and offered me a salary just some thousands above than my current one. When I came to their office also for negotiation, no HR was present to meet me even after a scheduled meeting. Very disappointing & careless staff I felt. After offer rejection also no call of HR or any other team member for negotiation. I guess they just wanted to hire someone on the lowest possible salary.
