One of the worst interview experiences of all time. Either this company doesn't care about conducting a good interview or doesn't know how to conduct one.
My first round of interview was taken by a junior in the company. He came with a set of pre-defined questions and ideas and answers. He was extremely arrogant. If my answer didn't match his, he would say you're absolutely wrong.
Like you don't give the responsibility of interviewing senior candidates to a 6 year old kid.
My advise would be to train your engineers on how to take interviews first

1 online coding round and then 3 rounds online F2F
Then cultural fit and HR round.
The interview was good, and the interviewer were kind and gave time to think for solutions while providing hints too

Entrevista
Got call from OneDirect recruiter and had a 30min discussion over phone on the technologies they use, what I am looking for in new Opportunity, What OneDirect can provide for me in career growth, explained about their work culture and projects.
Then, called me for F2F interview. It had 2 rounds,
1. WhiteBoard - 4 DP problems to solve in 1 hr
2. Technical Discussion - System Design problem
The problem I felt was, there is less communication between recruiter and the one who conducted interview. Because, I applied for .Net role and interviewer is asking me questions on Java. And he didn't know for what role he is taking interview for like Senior/Junior level and .Net/Java language.
