Manager was so unprofessional! I had to wait quietly at his desk while he called his boss to have him email him the interview questions, all I could think was “If I am prepared, why is he not?” Then he talked for 30 minutes about how he does not like to deal with drama and how he just likes to be left alone. Then he proceeded to tell me that One Main is basically legalized loan sharks and that there only clients are the “Wal-mart” demographic. He also said that he is in no rush to hire anyone as he does not like the inconvenience of training someone new. I left with such a bad taste in my mouth I wanted to call the higher ups and tell them about the experience and I knew that he would not offer me the job any way (I must look like drama?) but I would not have taken it if he did.
