Basically they’ll ask you to translate a few pieces of work, and those who passed will be offered a second interview. The interviewers were pretty impolite and not as friendly as they mentioned on the job advertisement, they mostly just challenged, criticised and disvalued your efforts you had made for the written test. You will probably feel used as a free labour to translate the so-called written test which is pretty lame.
