I did the application online, got a call to set up an phone interview. Did a phone interview with benefit manager, which was simple questions explain my resume. What did I know about benefits. What did I know about onesource virtual. I was asked to interview in person, it was just getting to know me, asked some of the same questions that was asked on the phone interview. I thought the interview went great. I was told about parking, where I would sit, the work hours they needed. I was told I would get a call back that Monday, the latest that Tuesday, but I did not. I am a little disappointed, seemed like a great company with a great atmosphere.

They asked questions specifically for the role . I interviewed with two managers at one time and heard back the next day . You can tell that they really want to make sure you have experience in that particular field and will be a good fit in addition to the STAR questions

Entrevista
First, a phone interview. Then, a one-on-one interview. The interview consisted of a short history of the company and was more of a feeling out process to see if you could fit in this team-oriented environment.

Entrevista
Recruitment calls and ask questions and send you a questionnaire. If everything looks good you'll get a phone interview. Then from there you get 2nd interview in person. If they decide you are a good fit, they will do your background check and drug screening. Once everything pass, the recruiter will call you with a date to start.
